FitSteps
FitSteps is a Latin and Ballroom inspired dance fitness class. It was developed by 2 of the stars of Strictly Come Dancing, Natalie Lowe and Ian Waite, together with Olympic medal winning swimmer, Mark Foster. It's a dance exercise class, set to modern and classic songs, and is a great way to learn dance steps whilst getting fit!

The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape. A high-energy aerobic workout, with dance classics from the 80's, 90's and noughties, it will make your body glow all over, and get you fit without you even realising it.
A Bit About Me
I have always loved dancing - don't we all!
As a 56 year-old Grandmother of 2, I could feel my body starting to slow down, weight was harder to shift. I tried to find ways to be active, but I couldn't find anything that really appealed to me.....until I discovered FitSteps!
I have since lost 4 stone, and trained to be a fitness instructor, and a FitSteps dance teacher. I feel fitter and healthier than I have done in years, and want to share my love of dance with you!
